Welcome to Boars Martial Art’s website. By using our site or signing up for classes, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Use of the Website

You agree to use our site lawfully and respectfully. Unauthorised use may result in termination of access.

2. Membership and Class Participation

Participants must complete a registration form and agree to the waiver.
Students must follow the instructor’s guidance at all times and follow our club etiquette.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership if safety rules or conduct policies are violated.

3. Payments and Refunds

Memberships and class fees must be paid in full before participation.
There are no refunds for fees. Fees may be transferred over to a following term if reasonable notice is given to administration.

4. Health and Safety

All participants train at their own risk.
It is your responsibility to disclose any medical condition.
Protective gear must be purchased and worn when required.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, logos, images) is owned by Boars Martial Arts and may not be used without permission.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in our programs, you release Boars Martial Arts and its staff from liability for any injuries or losses incurred during training, unless due to gross negligence.
