Our unique karate program combines elements of traditional karate, judo, muay thai, and street tactics, ensuring a comprehensive approach to self-defence and personal protection. We offer junior and senior classes in addition to parents being able to train with their children. A highlight of our karate program is our ‘self defence week’ which is dedicated to educating students of all ages about situational awareness and undertaking realistic situations both inside and outside of the club.
We believe that martial arts is not just about physical strength, but also about building confidence, discipline, and resilience. Our large team of experienced instructors are dedicated to helping students achieve their goals in a supportive environment.
Classes available - Junior Karate (aged 4+), Parents and Juniors, Seniors.
Our club specialises in self defence programs. Both in-house and externally, our courses cater to schools, organisations, and community groups, ensuring that everyone has access to essential and relevant personal protection knowledge. Our self-defence training is the result of extensive research and expertise, designed to provide realistic and effective techniques and knowledge for personal safety.
We offer regular programs in: women’s self defence, hand to hand combat, knife tactics and self defence for children.


In addition to 1:1 and small group coaching, we offer conditioning and fitness classes which are a great way to increase strength, mobility and overall fitness.
